RETURNS AND HANDLING

We truly hope you love your IGEN items as much as we do. However, if for any reason you would like to make a return, please read the following before proceeding.

At IGEN we offer a 365-day return policy. We do this to ensure that no unused items go to waste. It gives you extra time to evaluate your purchase because we understand that the product that seemed perfect for you today may no longer be the right one in 2 months. Instead of letting it gather dust, you can return it. In this way, we contribute together to giving products a second chance and preventing the waste of unused items.

Returned items must be unused to be eligible for a return. Items that are used, damaged, dirty or in any way show signs of use will be rejected and returned to the customer.

If you have used the product but no longer love it, we encourage you to resell it or donate it for recycling instead.

Step 1:

Log in to the returns portal using the portal above. Enter your email address and order number.

Step 2:

Select the items you want to return or exchange and state the reason for the return. If you want to exchange for a different size, please write the desired size in the comments field.

Step 3:

Confirm whether you want a refund or exchange for a new size.

Step 4:

Click on "Return item". Your return is now registered. Put the return label on the package and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

Complaint

Is this a complaint? Send an email to customer service at hey@igen.dk with your order number, a picture and a description of the problem. We will then process your complaint as quickly as possible.
