OUR COMMUNITY
IGEN is created not only for you, but with you. We believe that the most meaningful solutions arise when we listen to those who use our products and bring you along on the journey.
When we develop new products, we therefore start by asking: What do you feel is missing in your everyday life? What features make a difference? Once the products are in use, we follow up with surveys to learn from your experiences. This way, we ensure that our designs evolve in line with real needs and that the products we bring into the world are used and loved igen and igen. DIALOGUE & TRANSPARENCY
We use our social media as a tool for dialogue, for example, through our community channel on Instagram and by having a dedicated employee who responds personally to inquiries in our inbox, not only in customer service, but also on all our social media channels. On social media, we also invite you behind the scenes and openly share our thoughts, processes, and challenges. For us, transparency is a means of making stronger decisions and creating mutual trust.
TOGETHER OFFLINE
However, the community does not only exist online. We also prioritize meeting up in person for events, photo shoots, and initiatives where new relationships can develop, both between you and us and between you and each other. Among other things, we have invited our community to evening events with dinner, goodie bags, and bingo, shared exciting experiences together at Syd for Solen, and held photo shoots dedicated to you. Once you become part of the IGEN community, it is difficult for us to let go, which is why we often invite you to join us on our journey in new projects.
