Terms and conditions for IGEN
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days.
During busy periods, such as promotions, delivery times may be longer. This will be clearly stated on our website.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses. You will always receive a track-and-trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to delivery.
Right of withdrawal and return
You have a 365-day full return policy for items purchased at igen.dk. The return period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Please note that items purchased as second-grade items or on clearance sale cannot be returned.
Return costs
You will be responsible for the return costs.
How to do it
- Please notify us of your wish to cancel within 365 days of delivery via our returns portal here .
- Return the goods no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your cancellation.

Free gifts
When returning an order that included a free gift as part of a promotion, the free gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.
If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refunded amount.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, properties, and function.
If the item has been used or tested beyond this, it is considered used and may only be partially refunded. The refund amount is determined by IGEN based on the item's condition.
Uncollected packages
The package will remain in the parcel shop for 7 days. If you do not pick it up within this period, it will be returned to us.
Fees
- Reshipment fee: 39 DKK
- Uncollected package and refund processing fee: 50 DKK
Right to Complain:
You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty covers defects in material, manufacturing, or software.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, typically no later than 2 months after discovering the defect.

We only register the information necessary to complete your order:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
Your information is stored by LJB Media ApS for up to 5 years and is not shared with third parties unless necessary for order processing.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hey@igen.dk.

Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, ViaBill, Visa Electron, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Payment will only be charged once the item has been shipped.
All prices include VAT and are stated in DKK or EUR
