Swirl Hook is our version of the perfect Carbine Hook. It's made of durable zinc alloy and has a water-repellent finish, making it perfect for everyday use. Designed as a swirl, it is both versatile and decorative, perfect for adding a personal touch to your keys and accessories. Swirl Hook comes in a reusable dust bag, made from recycled cotton and decorated with our swirl logo. Swirl Hook is available in both gold and silver.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
