ABOUT THE SHOPPER:
The Shield Shopper differs from IGEN's other shoppers by having a water-repellent exterior and being reversible, so you get double functionality in one design. Turn it inside out when you want a new look.
The bag is spacious, and its practical design makes it ideal for everyday use, weekend trips and travel. The shopper has a nice green color, outer pocket with embroidered swirl logo and a practical closure mechanism. In addition, the bag has date marking, so you can easily keep track of the product's lifespan. If you wear the bag reversible, it has a swirl logo and an adjustable lace closure, which gives the bag a casual and functional look.
MATERIAL:
The Shield Shopper's interior and exterior fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester (RPET from recycled plastic bottles) and is certified to the global recycled standard. The exterior material has been coated to make it water-repellent. This creates a durable and lightweight material that reflects light beautifully and gives the bag an elegant and exclusive look.

INSTRUCTIONS:
To maintain the quality of the shopper, we recommend gentle stain treatment rather than machine washing so that it can last for a long time.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
