365 DAYS RETURN

At IGEN, we deliberately do not offer free returns. We do not want to encourage impulsive purchases or purchases with the intention of returning them, but rather to buy with care.

In exchange, we give you plenty of time to consider your purchase. Since 2023, we have had a 365-day return policy. We do this to allow for careful consideration in the purchasing process and to ensure that fewer products end up unused.

We know that needs can change over time. That's why we'd rather have unused products returned so they can be given a new life with a new customer rather than lying unused. For us, returns are about ensuring our products have the longest possible lifespan.

In 2025, our return rate is around 5%, which is significantly lower than the average in the industry. We always seek to reduce it further through better guidance before purchase, including clear product descriptions, material information, styling tips, and realistic images showing the product in use. This makes it easier for customers to make the right choice the first time and ensures that the product is used as intended: igen and igen.

FREE REPAIR

It may happen that a seam comes apart, a zipper gets stuck, or something else causes your product to not live up to expectations. Instead of automatically replacing the product with a new one, we offer, if possible, to have it repaired by a local tailor at our expense.

Simply drop off the product, send us the receipt, and we will refund the amount. If repair is not possible, or you prefer a replacement, we will of course arrange that instead, so you can enjoy your purchase igen and igen.

This solution is an alternative to producing and shipping a new product. At the same time, we reduce unnecessary transport and support local businesses. For us, this is a responsible practice that both extends the life of the product and creates value in your local area.

We are also continuously working on developing repair and care guides for our products so that we can learn collectively about how to best take care of the things we already have.
