ABOUT BEAUTY BOX:
IGEN’s Beauty Box is the ideal solution for those who want to keep their entire makeup routine organised, both at home and on the go. With adjustable dividers, you can easily customise the interior and create up to seven separate compartments, so the box fits your products perfectly. The Beauty Box features a quilted swirl-logo pattern, an IGEN-logo zipper, a built-in mirror and a practical handle. Perfect for both makeup and skincare – functional and aesthetic, and easy to bring with you everywhere, again and again.
MATERIAL:
The exterior of the Beauty Box is made from 100% recycled RPET and is certified by the Global Recycled Standard. The material makes the bag durable and practical and allows it to be used again and again for many years to come. The outer material is also water-resistant, making it easy to wipe clean after spills from, for example, makeup or shampoo.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Due to the water-resistant coating, IGEN’s Beauty Box can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth when needed.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
