The Shield Signature Shopper is the popular water-repellent and reversible version of IGEN's shopper, giving you two bags in one. It was developed with our community, who wanted a water-repellent shopper they could use again and again, even on rainy days.

ABOUT THE SHIELD SIGNATURE SHOPPER:
The Shield Shopper differs from IGEN's other shoppers by having a water-repellent exterior and being reversible, giving you double functionality in one design. The bag is also practical and spacious, making it ideal for everyday use, weekend trips, and travel, as it is also designed to carry-on luggage dimensions. The shopper comes in a beautiful brown color that shimmers nicely in the light. On the outside, it resembles IGEN's classic shopper with an exterior pocket and an embroidered swirl logo in the same brown shade. The bag features a classic drawstring closure and water-repellent material both inside and out, making it ideal for carrying things like wet swimwear. On the light blue reversible side, you can tighten the closure mechanism for a new look. Here you will also find another pocket and date labeling. The date label shows when the product was manufactured and makes its lifespan visible. For us, it is a reminder to create products that are made to be used and loved again and again.

If you would like better organization inside the bag, the shopper can be combined with a Signature organizer, which divides the space inside and gives your belongings fixed spots, making them easier to find during the day.

The Shield Signature Shopper also comes in green and grey so you can choose your favorite.

MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION:
The Shield Shopper's interior and exterior fabric is made from 100% recycled polyester (RPET from recycled plastic bottles) and is Global Recycled Standard certified. The material has been given a coating that makes it water-repellent and durable.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.

We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal / Return

There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.

The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.

You will be responsible for return costs.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
