Bagcharm is part of the collection made to support the Danish Red Cross, where we donate all profits to their important humanitarian work.
The design is based on IGEN's iconic Swirl Hook with carabiner, which here meets Maanesten's dreamy universe through lace and a pink flower covered in rhinestones. Together in a bow, the two universes are tied together.

MATERIALS:
The Swirl Hook is made of zinc alloy. The flower is an upcycled design from recycled acetate parts. The brown cord is 100% polyester, and the lace cord is 100% polyamide.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
