ABOUT DUA BAG:
The Dua Bag is a multifunctional bag that can be adapted to your everyday life. It is both adjustable and reversible, giving you four different looks in one bag. One side is natural colored with a spacious front pocket and swirl logo. With the straps, you can adjust the shape and give the bag a narrower look. The reversible side is black, also with the IGEN logo and the same adjustable function, so you can easily change your look as needed. The bag is also date-stamped as a reminder of how long you have loved and carried it again and again.

MATERIAL:
The bag is made of GRS-certified recycled cotton, which is the same material as our shoppers. The straps are made of the same material as our belts, consisting of 60% recycled polyester, 25% recycled glass, and 15% PU. This way, we work with the same materials again and again.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To preserve the shopper's quality, we recommend mild spot cleaning instead of machine washing, so it can last a long time.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
