ABOUT THE SHOPPER:
The shopper has an embroidered logo swirl on the spacious front pocket, a drawstring closure and a brown dyed material. The dyed material makes the bag even more robust and resistant to dirt through daily use. The shopper also has date markings so you can easily keep track of the product's lifespan.
The adjustable ruffle strap allows you to wear the bag crossbody for a casual everyday style or tighten the strap for a shorter, more elegant look. The familiar lace closure ensures secure storage of your essentials.
MATERIAL:
The Brown Signature Shopper is made from GRS-certified recycled cotton and dyed with Azo-free dyes that comply with Oeko-Tex, GOTS and GRS standards. The dyeing process ensures that all water is purified and reused in production, reducing resource consumption.

INSTRUCTIONS:
To maintain the quality of the shopper, we recommend gentle stain treatment rather than machine washing so that it can last for a long time.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
