ABOUT THE CANDLESTICKS:
IGEN candle holders are made from 100% recycled plastic from Uganda, carefully selected and sorted by color. Each candleholder is the result of a process where the plastic is color-sorted, granulated and shaped into these unique candle holders. They are designed to be stable and versatile, so they can be used both individually and in stacks to create different expressions.
The idea for the candle holders came about in the spring of 2024, when TEAM IGEN traveled to Uganda. Here we could not help but notice the large amounts of plastic waste lying around in nature. Unfortunately, it is often the case that the little plastic that is collected in Uganda is burned, which harms both the environment and the health of the locals. In our search for a better solution, we came across EcoBrix, a local organization that saves around 45 tons of plastic from nature every month, which they recycle - for example, for tables and chairs for schools and building materials. Now this plastic is also used for our candle holders at IGEN!

SIZE:
The candle holders are a standard size that fits regular tea lights or small block candles. They are designed to be stackable, allowing for creative arrangements and use, which is why they are also available as a bundle set.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To ensure that your IGEN candle holders can be used IGEN & IGEN, it is recommended to wipe them with a soft, lukewarm cloth. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or high heat, as this can damage the plastic.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
