The tote bag is made of 100% recycled GRS-certified thick cotton canvas. With IGEN's Mega Shopper you are getting a spacious and durable bag that you can use igen and igen, but you are also giving old fabric scraps a new life IGEN!
The bag is designed with a large front pocket with logo, an extra wide bottom, and a wide internal closure mechanism to keep all your important personal belongings completely safe on the go. INSTRUCTIONS:
We do not recommend washing our shopper to avoid shrinkage and possible fading of the print. If cleaning is desired, stain treatment is therefore recommended.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
We primarily ship with GLS and deliver to both parcel shops and home addresses.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of withdrawal / Return
There is a 365-day full right of return on items purchased at igen.dk.
The 365 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
We do not accept returns of second-hand items and other stock items.
You will be responsible for return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, return or exchange your goods, this must be done through our returns portal here. Here you can state whether you want your money back or an exchange for a new item.
